I've been using this keyboard for over a year, but it suddenly stopped functioning. Neither the Bluetooth nor the 2.4 GHz connection is working to turn on my keyboard. I would really appreciate any assistance.

Hello Black130528
I have some questions:
1) Does your keyboard work in wired mode?
2) Is your keyboard charged?
3) Have you installed the firmware update? - ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Gaming Keyboard | Compact | Gaming GAMING KEYBOARDS|ROG - Republic of...
4) Have you checked for updates at the Armoury Crate Update Center?
5) Do you see the ROG Omni Receiver in the Armoury Crate Devices list? (2.4GHz wireless mode).

Hi,
1. Yes it is working in wired mode. That is the only mode that is currently working for me.
2.
3. I already installed the firmware using the link you provided.
4. It only shows update for the keyboard, should I update it?
5. Yes I can see the Omni receiver from the devices list.

Ok, thank you for the information.
It's showing your keyboard on the ROG Omni Receiver page, try Reset & Pairing.
Make sure the keyboard wireless switch is set to 2.4GHz wireless mode.
Our keyboard firmware versions are the same, my dongle version is newer, try clicking Check Update for a newer version.

I already update my dongle
I was able to reset and pair but what I noticed is that it takes time before it turns on. Right now I'm using it and it takes a few minutes before the lights on the keyboard turns on. Any problem that my keyboard might be encountering?

Ok,
Good to hear Reset and Pairing got your keyboard working.
As for the lighting taking a few minutes to come on, this isn't normal.
Try this:
1) Reset your keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Esc keys until the led's flash green.
2) Turn off Windows Dynamic Lighting.
3) Set a lighting effect on the Lighting page.
4) Reboot your pc, the keyboard lighting should be on when you get to the log in screen.

I performed all the steps you mentioned and it still wont turn on right away. I'm actually replying to you using my keyboard in wired mode. Any other suggestions that I can try?
