Hello,
Just got my new keyboard and seems like CAPS button is completely dead.
I've installed all updates, rebooted PC multiple times, checked that CAPS mode is enabled by CAPS button (setting ion windows), tried the keyboard tester and the only button that wasn't working is CAPS.
Are there any possible reasons why this could happen apart from factory defect?
