I was unpairing it from its dongle and now, my Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless can't be paired back to its own omni receiver not matter what I tried.
My Omni receiver is already up to date (6.00.25)
(Actually, my Harpe Ace got the same issue but, it fixed by Factory_Auto_Pairing. Unfortunately, keyboard can't be fixed in the same way)
Please, help me. Thank you so much
I tried
- Reconnect it
- Reinstall Armoury Crate
- Reinstall FW Update (from Support Page)

Hello Thanapat25
Try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding the Fn + Esc keys until the led's flash green.
Then, make sure the wireless switch on your Scope II 96 Wireless is set to 2.4GHz wireless mode.
What happens when you click Keyboard, then press and hold the Fn + 7 keys for 3 seconds?

Im having the same issues.
It was weird that when i try to press shift+' to make " it comes out as @, so i tried to reset my pairing hoping it will work. Now I cannot pair my keyboard with the Omni Receiver.
I have reinstalled Armoury Crate several times and updated the firmware. The only firmware that I cannot update is for the keyboard itself (since it is requiring me to connect via 2.4GB - Omni Receiver). This is the latest version that I was able to update my dongle to.
I reset my keyboard by fn+esc and pressed fn+7 to try to pair but it would not pair at all. I moved my dongle to different USB ports. Windows detects the dongle, but my keyboard just wont pair at all.
EDIT
I tried clicking keyboard as you instructed above and pressed and held Fn+7 but still failed to pair:

Sry for replying this late and Thank you for your reply
1. I had tried resetting it on 2.4GHz wireless mode before, but there was nothing happened (not even a single blink of green or red light)
2. When I get on Omni Receiver page and press FN + 7 on 2.4GHz wireless mode , it gets into pairing mode (ROG's logo blinking green light). but even I've waited til it stop blinking, nothing getting paired (not even got "pairing failed" notification)
