ROG Strix Flare stopped working - [PLEASE READ TO AVOID]

Hello guys i buy a rog strix flare keyboard and it works pretty well... At moment to install Armoury II software the keyboard turn all leds off and i choose restart my pc, when it log into windows the system could not detect the keyboard anymore.

Hope you can help me reviving this keyboard (use was 3 min) and it dead...

All you need to do is use Armoury II to update the firmware.
The only thing to remember is avoid pressing the brightness button while not in Windows (booting up, shutting down, waking from sleep or hibernate, etc). Appears to be very tempting by looking at this thread, but please - restrain yourself! 😄

but after I download the latest armoury 2 version, I will be able to press the brightness button while windows is booting up etc.?

Admin, i regret to buy Expensive ASUS Flare.. just a simple brightness button make it error and have to send it to RMA . My Warranty just end two months ago and that means i have to spend more money just to fix something that shouldn't be there in the 1st place.
U should write "PLEASE, DO NOT PRESS THE BRIGHTNESS BUTTON WHILE NOT IN WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT..YOUR KEYBOARD STOP WORKING & U CANT FIX IT" in Flare Box, so the consumer will know what kind of product that they buy.

It's nice to know people are not trying to break the software on purpose 🙂 you must have perfect timing.
From our tests, even when we tried to press it excessively, it was still hard to replicate. We were starting to wonder who would ever do that. Curious people: Please restrain yourself :)...
