ROG Strix Flare stopped working - [PLEASE READ TO AVOID]

Hello guys i buy a rog strix flare keyboard and it works pretty well... At moment to install Armoury II software the keyboard turn all leds off and i choose restart my pc, when it log into windows the system could not detect the keyboard anymore.

Hope you can help me reviving this keyboard (use was 3 min) and it dead...

Hi guys this morning I found that the secondary usb port of the strix flare does not work anymore I updated to windows 11 I thought this was the problem instead I reinstalled everything new and clean of windows 10 but the same does not go

my rog strix flare XA01 model keyboard is crashing,
The computer recognizes the keyboard when plugged in but does not receive any buttons
unable to update firmware via Armory
can you share me the firmware to update manual?
