Rog Strix Flare RGB problems

Hello,

Recently my Keyboards RGB startet flickering and then turned off, after a few times of pluging it in a new USB port it startet flickering in the upper right corner and now the RGB is completley off and i can`t change anything in the software to turn them back on. Keyboard works fine after all but i want that shiny rgb back

If anyone knows whats happening here please help

Have you tried resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding the Fn+Esc keys for 10-15 seconds?

After doing this, check Armoury Crate for updates.

Yes, already tried that and reinstalling armory crate but nothing changed

When you uninstalled Armoury Crate, did you use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool?

If not, you'll want to use it. In the link below select your operating system, click "Show all" in blue, the uninstall tool is the third download.

Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

Once uninstalled, install Armoury Crate version 3.2.7.2 (first download), then check for updates at the update center.

If this doesn't help, are you able to try your keyboard in another pc?
