ROG Strix Flare Play/Pause button light

Has anyone else had the Play/Pause button light stop working? The function of the button still works but the white light behind doesnt turn on. I have tried updating the firmware but makes no difference. Possibly this is a RMA?

i tested but not work.. also if i connect to a new pc nothing.. i think was something from firmware update.. if someone know what to do please help me

Happened today on my second strix flare. In the first one it was the stop button and on this one it's the windows lock button.
It's faulty design, nothing a firmware update can do about it. Buttons still work but the light dims gradually or dies outright completely. It may seem minor to some people but it is unacceptable for such an expensive keyboard. On my way to RMA a 2nd time then...
