After the last update to the keyboard, problems such as in the image appeared, and some keys do not detect pressing as they should, it may be necessary to press several times. How can I downgrade to the old version?

I'm sorry but that doesn't seem like software.

The Flare has a weak point in the multimedia buttons, I had to send mine to repair and now I replaced it with a Claymore II.

Otherwise, its a great keyboard.
