ROG Strix Flare II (not animate) hot-swappable switches?

Hello there! 

I hope this has not been answered already, I did a search to no avail.

I just bought the ROG Strix Flare II keyboard, not the animate one, because it's listed on Asus Store on Amazon as "hot swappable":

"ASUS ROG Strix Flare II, USB Gaming Keyboard, Mechanical, Replaceable Switches, ROG NX Rossi, ROG S...

I asked the support and they answered that the extractor is not available to buy and that the Asus NX switches are not available as a spare part. I was wondering if there is an extractor I can use and which switches are compatible.

While the switches may be replaceable, the ROG Strix Flare II doesn't have swappable switches.

The ROG Strix Flare II Animate has swappable switches listed in the features, I don't see any mention of swappable switches for the ROG Strix Flare II.

Thank you for your quick reply. I was misled by both this page here where it mentions both the Flare II and the Flare II Animate, suggesting that the only difference is the AniMe Matrix LED display:

And the description on the Asus Store on Amazon (unfortunately it's in Italian, sorry). Now I am wondering what "replaceable switches" mean. If "replaceable" means you can desolder and remove them, then basically almost any mechanical keyboard would have that feature.
