ROG Strix Flare II Animate can't turn off LED completely

Hi, I'm using the ROG Strix Flare II Animate and I'm having a problem with the LED, when I turn off the LED on the keyboard, some of the LED don't turn off, they stay on with a slight blue glow. The keys in question are P, [ , ] , \ and ' .

I tried resetting the keyboard and moving it to a different usb port but didn't solve the problem. I updated the latest keyboard firmware V 3.00.13.
Please advise. Thanks

I forgot to mention this button Fn + Up Down for LED brightness doesn't work either. but still use other mode function
