ROG Falchion tab key stuck on white led (New)

I know FN and TAB are designed to lock the side touchbar and the TAB light turns white.

And it works as intended but I can't seem when I press FN and TAB again to bring it back to normal color TAB still stays white.

Hello,

To begin fixing this problem, try a hardware reset by connecting the ROG Falchion to your PC. Press and hold Fn + Caps Lock for 3 seconds. The keyboard LED should start to flash red, after which you can check if this solves the lighting issue.

If a hardware reset doesn't fix it, use Armoury Crate to ensure your device firmware is up to date. You can get Armoury Crate here: ROG Falchion | Keyboards | ROG Global

It's updated to the latest firmware and when I reset it it seems to work as intended,(when still in reset mode) but as soon as I set a custom color or Ayra Sync every FN key highlighted does not revert back.

This may be due to Aura Sync's RGB-locking feature. To maintain sync across devices, Aura Sync prevents any changes to RGB on any individual device when Aura Sync is on. To try and troubleshoot your issue, try turning Aura Sync off and just edit the lighting on the device-specific lighting page in Armoury Crate, and see if the issue persists.

There will be a major Armoury Crate update very soon and would hopefully fix any lighting issues you are encountering!
