ROG Falchion RX low profile - Windows and ALT Key switched

Hey all!

Today i connected my falchion with the cable to charge it and all of a sudden it stopped working completly, armoury crate took ages to load and couldnt connect to the keyboard.

What didnt fix it:
- restart
- reconnect keyboard
- connect via BT/Cable

What i did to "fix" it:
- reinstall armoury crate

BUT the problem i have left is: My Windows Key and Alt Keys are switched...

Windows Key -> works as ALT
Alt & Alt Gr -> works as Windows Key
Rebinding keys didnt work etc.

When i open the windows on-screen keyboard it detects the keys the same, when i press Alt the windows key turns blue.

Can anybody help me with that?

In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you can use the new virtual keyboard to rectify the issue.

I don't see it on my end (US layout), and so it could be restricted to a regional layout only.

Can you take some screenshots from the UI in Armoury Crate to show the defaults?

Check if you are in Mac mode please, if not, change back to PC mode.

Hey Absalon & MasterC!

I got the problem fixed yesterday... i dont know how that happened, but after a lot of googling i found that PC/MAC switch causes that situation. (As mentioned by MasterC) I took a look on my keyboard an it was in PC mode - after switching to MAC and back on PC the problem persisted. So i tried it a few times more, nothing changed. I restarted my computer and voilà - it worked again. So somehow it got stuck in mac, even if it was in PC mode?

Regarding your question MasterC with the virtual Keyboard -> It was always displayed with "Default L-Win"
