For my keyboard, if I want to see and change the RGB colour for the keys, I need to open Bluetooth, if using wired or Omni to connect to the pc, the RGB colour for (wired) will be white, if using an Omni connector, there will don't have RGB colour on the keys.

Is this a normal condition for this keyboard or only my keyboard like this??

I tried to install the software and then the slide bar finally can be use to turn on or turn off the RGB colour on the keys when I using the cable to connect keyboard to the pc....
