ROG Falchion RX Low Profile colors not working in different modes

Hello everyone

I recently bought ROG Falchion RX Low Profile and have to admit, it is an amazing keyboard to own.

However, I have a slight problem with changing color modes. When the keyboard is connected via USB connector, it does not allow me to change anything and the keyboard has no RGB lights on. On the other hand, when it is connected via Bluetooth or cable, everything works perfectly. 

Another problem is with the Armoury Crate software, when I'm trying to open it, it says "Page error" and nothing happens. So I'm stuck here, not knowing what to do.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Let's see if we can fix everything at once, please follow these steps.

First, try turning off windows dynamic lighting and see if this gives you full lighting control.

1) If that didn't help and since you're getting a page error, uninstall Armoury Crate and reboot your pc.

2) Once rebooted, connect the usb cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

3) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

4) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

5) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

6) Go to the Armoury Crate update center and check for updates.

Yay! It works now. Thank you very much. The problem was in the  Armoury Crate version, I guess.
