ROG Falchion Omni receiver not detected by PC

HI, my omni recevier isn't detected by my pc, therefore Armoury Crate won't let me update it. 

I have tried all USB ports available on my PC (8)

The ROG Falchion / Falchion NX does not support the ROG Omni Receiver.

It looks like you're up to date as there are no notifications in your Settings.

The only thing I need is that the keyboard works wireless again

Thanks, then the usb thing that makes the keyboard wireless is not working, and there is an update pending since it ask to be connected by dr 2.4 ghz and usb.

To update your keyboard in Armoury Crate.

1) Connect the charging cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to On.

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

You can try different usb ports to see if the wireless dongle is working.
