ROG Falchion Low Profile - How to use FN combo Keys ?

Can anyone help me confirm if we can use all the key combos like some below in Falchion low profile keyboard and how do we do it ?

ALT  + F4

SHIFT + F5 

CTRL + SHIFT + ESC

etc

You should be able to execute those functions by holding Fn and the modifier keys (alt / shift / ctrl) at the same time first.
