Hi All,
I have recently bought the subjected keyboard. W does not seem to work properly, i can type perfectly with it, but in games where you use the W key to move forward, sometimes the character will stop even tho you didnt not release the W key. How it happens is random, sometimes I dont even press any other key and the W just "forgets" that it is being pressed. Sometimes after pressing other keys like shift (to dash) or space (to jump) the character wont move forward anymore unless i release and press the W again.
At first i felt like it happened 1 out of 100 scenarios, today it started happening more regularly so i got tired of it and i am now writing to you guys.
I have tried to reset the keyboard by FN + Caps.
App version 9.8.9.0
Keyboard version: 1.00.05
Please help, what should i do? Take it back to the store? Or its even registered product with Asus so should i use that warranty? I am from Hungary, Europe.
