Hi Bahz,

I did try the 1st 2 suggestions before. Fn + Esc and Fn + F1 just to isolate but did not work. I just tried your new suggestion using Fn + R-Alt but it does not seem to record mouse click. Only records keyboard clicks. Any other suggestion? I think I may need to reflash the firmware of the keyboard as a last resort before returning this to the store for RMA. I just do not want to wait 3 weeks for it so I want to try other options.

It's not showing up the same on my screen and I do see the actual delays and when I push the macros it follows those same delays. I know this might be not the best suggestion but can you reset all profiles to default and try again? You can reset all profiles to factory default settings by holding Fn + Esc for over 10-15 seconds. You will need redo all your profiles again as everything will be cleared out. Before you do that, one last thing to try which I think is unrelated but can't hurt to try is doing Fn+F1 to change repeat rate to x1. It shouldn't be related but if the repeat rate is set to higher than x1, it might also reduce the delay time when recording macros, however logically it shouldn't.

You can also try on-the-fly macro recording to a key to see if it records the delays, this also is working for me.

Macro (R-Alt)
Pressing Fn + R-Alt enables on-the-fly macro recording.
1. The keyboard will flash and indicate that recording has started.
2. Begin recording the macro.
3. Press Fn + R-Alt once to end the recording process, then press the key you wish to assign the macro to.

Here's actually what I wanted to do: Press 1, sleep 1000ms, Left Click mouse, Sleep 1000ms then loopback.

I'm thinking might be an issue with the keyboard directly, as you mentioned before it was working and recording the delays then it all of a sudden stopped working. It would probably be easier to send it in for RMA to get a new replacement.

RMA is gonna take 2-3 weeks. That's not the easier way. Is there a way to reflash the firmware on the keyboard?

I can check with our peripherals team if they have a tool that can do this.

Thanks, Bahz! I'll wait for your response. Maybe just maybe. This will fix it and make it easier than just returning the hardware for a minor defect which I think can be fixed with a firmware reflash.

The stock are still in the process of being refreshed so the ones with some of the previous issues may have still been in the market.

Hi Bahz!

Suddenly my ESC stopped working! I realized it has a "macro" on it (i did not set any)!!!!
When I use ESC write these characters step by step: ;.>

I've checked the Armoury for keybindings and macros, the ESC key is on default and no macros at all (please see the attachments)!

Any advice?

If the key is binded with a macro by accident, you can remove the macro by doing the following:

*To delete the assigned macro follow these steps:
Step one: Press Fn + R-Alt
Step two: Press the key you want to remove the macro from

Step three: Fn + R-Alt
Step four: Press the key you want to remove the macro from.

Example: if you had set a macro key to the q key and want to remove it, press Fn + R-Alt -> press q once -> Fn + R-Alt -> press q again
