ROG Claymore II

Hello guys. I just got ROG Claymore II keyboard [RX blue], and it's AWESOME! But i can't seem to update firmware. I will put the message i get from ARMORY II V5 in attachments. I'm doing what it asks, but it's always the same message. I don't intend to use this keyboard in wireless mode, only over usb (Type-c to Type-c, since my motherboard have a Type-c port). Thanks for any help! ❤️

@Nate152  i will try again on monday, will give them the keyboard, but don`t think they`ll change it, they will test it, will tell that it`s "ok" and will give it back to me

Ok, sounds good NoiZe182.

It seems there is some issue with wired mode. 

Without wired mode working properly, you can't update your keyboard in Armoury Crate. Have them test with the cable and the USB-C to USB-A adpater.

I'd be interested to know the outcome.
