ROG Claymore II Keyboard - Some keys don't work anymore

Hi, I have a ROG Claymore II keyboard and for a while now the I and O keys have stopped working.
I use the keyboard with the USB cable and I have updated the firmware to the latest version:

Dongle: 2.00.04
Keyboard 80%: 30.93.04
Keypad 20%: 2.00.03

Do you have any idea how I can solve the problem?

I suspect one of two things.

1) Using the keyboard constantly in wired mode over time can cause the battery to swell due to overcharging, which can cause issues with keys not working.

2) The switches for the I and O keys are going bad.

Me too...

However, it doesn't seem right to me that Asus only gives a 1 year warranty for a FAULTY (and you well know this) keyboard that costs 200 euros...
