Armory Crate Log Above
Hi. I was using Armory Crate fine with z690 Hero and Lc Strix II. I could control all options etc. It was really fine.
Recently I bought Rog Azoth white version. Connected with usb wire. And it almost completly broke AC ;
Now AC disconnects from all asus devices, I can't access Rog Azoth Section more than 30 seconds, after that Ac resets the page and it takes some times to recognise the device again.
And it sometimes showing firmware update for Azoth, yet if I choose update now, it throws me to empty update section. So I can't update it.
I searched the forum and tried all the solutions;
Reinstall Ac after unistall it with tool.
Tried to use bluetooh and wireless options
Format entire windows and clean install AC.
Clean Install from Full package AC or regular installer.

It would be a good idea to unpair your white ROG Azoth (if paired) from the current ROG Omni Receiver. Disconnect the wireless receiver and connect the wireless receiver that came with your white ROG Azoth.
Then, head to the ASUS Support Center and do the firmware update to update to the ROG Omni Receiver.

After installing the firmware update, check Armoury Crate for updates.
To update your ROG Azoth in Armoury Crate, follow these steps.
1) Connect the cable to your ROG Azoth and a pc usb port.
2) Set the wireless switch on the ROG Azoth to wired mode. (switch set to the center position)
3) Connect the wireless receiver to a pc usb port.
4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.
To unpair, click the X in the ROG Azoth box.
All should go well.
Thank you for kind respond. Unfortunately I already tried those steps from previous forum suggestions. Omni Receiver is already updated, and I tried wired mode connections etc.
I also can't access to aura creator; As long as I connect Azoth, it shows error page, and I can't choose any kind of device or options.
But if I disconnect Azoth from my pc, I can control my motherboard, rams, LC Strix II in Aura Creator. So the source of problem is Azoth or its Armory Crate plugins.
I love the keyboard but software is needs a big overhaul. Hoping a fix soon.

Let's see if we can get your ROG Azoth working with Aura Creator.
First, check Windows Dynamic Lighting is set like this. Under Background light control, move Armoury Crate to the top of the list.
In Aura Sync under Sync devices, unsync your ROG Azoth by unchecking the box.
Now your ROG Azoth should show in Aura Creator in both wired mode and 2.4GHz wireless mode. I made the video with 2.4GHz wireless mode.
Unfortunately that doesn't work on my pc. I can't work anything on Aura Creator when Azoth is connected.
As soon as I see Azoth in Creator it gives me a error about service crashed, please restart the system. 
I also randomly get update device warning about Azoth. And even though all my Armory Crate pages are in Turkish, this update warning pops in English. After trying to reach to update screen properly, it downloads azoth firmware, and when installing device gets restarts with windows device input sound, and install progress suddenly disappears. I don't know if it really updated or its just another bug about the app. Current Firmware is : 4.00.08 . Omni Receiver is : 6.00.09
I like the keyboard and how it feels when typing. However this Software problem bugs me.
Is it Armory Crate turkish version bugged?
Or is it my device just faulty?

Your omni receiver and keyboard firmware are up to date, but it's showing an update for you in Armoury Crate.
Check if you have any updates at the Armoury Crate update center.

How does it go after the update?
As in first post when I try that I get this page as a result. And this only happens if I connect Azoth.
If I disconnect it and restart pc, I get armory crate work normally.
