I have the newest armoury crate, brand new keyboard and cant get the update to work. It shows no error message it just fails, and there is a retangle with ! saying error 4151. Tried reboot and uninstalling armoury crate but it didnt work. Also tried downloading the firmwareautouodater but it didnt work.

Hello Slapnut
Follow these steps to update your ROG Azoth:
1) Connect the charging cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.
2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).
3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.
4) Install the firmware update to update to the ROG Omni Receiver. - ROG Azoth | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG USA (asus.com)
5) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/
6) Check for updates at the Armoury Crate update center.

If you have followed the troubleshooting steps provided by @Nate152 and the issue persists, we need you to provide us with the Armoury Crate system log and screenshot of the error message to further investigate.
The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.

Try uninstalling Armoury Crate from windows, then follow the steps in my first post.
