ROG Azoth - OLED Display doesn't work properly

Hello there,

I just bought the keyboard but I'm facing a problem. The OLED display works perfectly with the system info or default animations. But when I try to upload a custom animation or just plain text, it looks like this. I have a couple of GIFs to put on it but I just can't. For example, when I try to put this GIF on the screen:

it keeps showing me that:

Another example for when it supposed yo show just the text "hello":

So, I'd appreciate if anyone could make some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the photos, they are helpful.

Having a look at your OLED display, it looks like you have a custom banner set.

Try clicking the Reset button on the ROG Azoth OLED page in Armoury Crate, then try uploading your gif.

Make sure you have custom banner selected, then click reset.

Thank for the quick response Nate. I'm happy to say that my problem has been solved. I just installed the former firmware (Version 1.0.0.12) (https://rog.asus.com/keyboards/keyboards/compact/rog-azoth-model/helpdesk_bios/) for the product, and everything worked perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion though, if it goes wrong again I'd give it a try. But for now, I'm just gonna avoid FW updates for a while 😅
