On Armoury Crate it looks normalyand on my keyboard it looks streched

Does this happen with any other GIF file, or just this one?

Also, if you can attach it, I can try to see if I run into the same issue on my keyboard as well!

It's happening with all gifs, fotos. It's only normal, when I pic the normal asus gifs which are proposed

Hello,

your custom .gif format may be different to the recommended format. Please refer to this guide for the format specs most compatible with the Azoth OLEDs.

If the uploaded format is not the issue, please perform a hardware reset by pressing Fn + Esc for a few seconds until the LEDs flash green, and see if that fixes the issue.

And if you haven't already, please ensure that the keyboard's firmware is up to date.

I tried it with an image that had already worked once. It still didn't look normal on the OledThe custom banner section doesn't work eitherAnd in music mode it works, but the audio info doesn't. The audi info doesn't look normal either

Thank you for your detailed reply. Please confirm that only the default animations work properly, and that the issue persists after a hardware reset with up to date firmware. It may also be worth uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate to see if that fixes the issue.
