You're welcome

I install the version I listed, when checking for updates, Armoury Crate will update to 5.9.9.0.

Maybe you will get some updates in Armoury Crate that will address it.

Managed to get keyboard to work although sometimes when turning pc on I have to go into armoury crate to reset it to get it back on for temps. Also I have disabled aura lighting when pc is off but armoury crate keeps re enabling it even with is disabled in bios any ideas? I hate armoury crate with a passion haha

This is sounding better, although I'm not sure why yours doesn't always save the hardware information settings.

The shut down effect on the motherboard page reverts to On for me also, I reported this to the ASUS Tech Team.

For now, you can do two things to get the motherboard lighting to stay off when your pc is shut down.

1) Let the shutdown effect set to On and set the color to black.

2) In the bios, Advanced tab, APM Configuration, set ErP Ready to "Enabled (S4+S5)". Just know, doing it this way will will cut power to the usb ports when your pc is shut down.

Cheers once again for the help nate your a star I tried setting it to black it works once the. When u shutdown again lights remain back on again il try the other setting with apm as you advised cheers pal
