ROG Azoth how to Ctrl + HOME, END, PAGEUP, PAGEDN?

I use these keys frequently for Excel.  My old 75% keyboard allows me to use the combination of Crtl with Fn+X keys, but looks like Azoth does not recognize the Fn+X key when the Ctrl key is hold.  May I see if this is an intended feature or is there a configuration I can change on Armoury Crate?

P.S. My work PC does not grant me local admin right, is there any alternative application I can use to configure the Azoth?

I did further investigation.  When I press Ctrl + PgUp / PgDn, it will result in a Ctrl lock instead of providing the correct key pressed.  Same as when I press Ctrl + Fn & PgUp.  It is strange that it only happen to these two buttons, maybe someone can shed me some light?  (P.S. I had reset keyboard multiple times by using Fn + Esc)
