[ROG Azoth] Firmware Update Not Working

I'm trying to fix some chattering keys, and updating the firmware is the step I'm at. However, when I try to update firmware through Armoury Crate. However, when I press "Update" it tells me I need to connect both a usb cable and the dongle, along with switching the device to wired mode. I have done this and confirmed that the keyboard works through both communication methods, but Armoury Crate still tells me the same thing with no option to proceed. I have also tried using FirmwareAutoUpdate.exe from the ROG website to the same results.

I have also tried replacing the switches for the chattering keys, which did not help.

Hello, please perform a full power cycle for your PC (shutting down, unplugging power cable for a few seconds, replugging power cable, and turning on PC). Then try replugging your device receiver (dongle) in a different USB slot (try both USB 2.0 and 3.1 slots), and try updating again.

And of course, make sure your device is connected to the PC via cable in wired mode.

Tried several power cycles, and every USB port available on my computer (3.1s and 2.0s), no luck. Ran updates for Armoury Crate and non-Firmware keyboard programs, still no luck after repeating the same process as above.

Just to be safe, please try using the firmware updater executable again found on this website again: ROG Azoth Gaming Keyboard | Gaming keyboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global . Before you try to update, connect your dongle to the PC, keyboard to the PC via cable, and go into wired mode, and close Armoury Crate. 

To be safe, use your keyboard normally for at least 15 minutes, and check again if your keyboard can be updated via the updater executable file. If it still doesn't work, please try reinstalling Armoury Crate and see if that fixes the issue.
