ROG AZOTH error firmware update

hey i get new firmware update for my keyboard  but i geet error evry time i want to update ...??

Hello Assyrian

To update your ROG Azoth in Armoury Crate:

1) Connect the charging cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

2) Set the wireless switch on the keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

i have try all this i cant update the firmware

wen i switch the keyboard to wireless mode i get the update but when i switch it to usb mode and i try to update therer is no update !!!!!

i think i geet this after the new v of  .. Armoury Crate  6.2.11.0
