Rog azoth dont charge

I have had a Rog azoth for some time now, i have still not got i to charge, i have tried it all, it still say 1% and when i disconect the cable it turns of! Any idea ? Can i change the battery ?

Are you charging your ROG Azoth from a pc usb port?

Do you have Armoury Crate installed and is your ROG Azoth fully updated?

I have Done everything there is to do, and tried all possible ways to load it!

Are you saying Armoury Crate doesn't install or it doesn't open?

Can you post me a screenshot of any errors?

Armory works fine, all updates is fine,

I'd like to see the battery percentage as in my first post.

My azoth also doesn't update % of battery while charging, the issue I found was this. The keyboard is listed under mouse while the keyboards are all virtual keyboards HID. My Azoth is all updated but the firmware (since it will give double typing issue on my board) Hopefully it will be fixed in Armoury Crate 6.

Mone also do the dubble type thing, but do you still have battery so you can use it wireless but dont show ? Or the battery want charge ?

As another guy showed in this forum the issue, other than bad bouncing software is given by a defect hardware, you should either take care of it yourself or send to asus and let them handle it. as for the battery mine is showing and charging (very slowly) but what is concerning me is that my keyboard is shown under mouse page and as per keyboards I have 4 HID kbs
