ROG Azoth custom banner not working

In the OLED configuration for the ROG Azoth keyboard, there's an option called "Custom banner" but I am unable to open it, when clicking on the button, a loader appears but then nothing happens.

I tried in 2 different computers with the behavior being the same, I also tried resetting the keyboard by pressing Fn + ESC, and finally I tried reinstalling Armoury crate.

Same issue, also the oled tab completely changed overnight. Idk if it's something I did but there used to be 4 other options such as adding your own gif or displaying temps and stuff. It wasn't just those 6 animations that populated the entire tab

It should look like this which I found on a youtube video bit it's gone for me. only thing showing for me is the "Image or Animation'" button (first one)

I have the same issue, just got keyboard and when I click custom banner, it does a loading wheel and then nothing happens.

Yup, same here when I did have the ”custom banner” tag and clicked it, did the same thing where it seemed like it was loading it but then nothing happened

Hey guys,

Thank you for reporting.

After testing, I encountered the same issue with the Custom Banner not coming up in Armoury Crate. I reported it to the tech team, they confirmed the bug and said a new firmware update is coming in about two weeks to resolve the issue.

It’s shown in my screenshots in above replies… the other 3 buttons under “image or animation” are gone
