Rog Azoth battery not updating

I just bought this keyboard 2 days ago, I experienced a problem with the battery indicator being stuck at 50%.

and if you use wired, what does it look like in the picture I attached? (blank status bar indicator

Armory Crate Version: LATEST

Azoth Firmware/Drive : LATES

Dongles : Plugged in to PC Port USB / Rog Omni Receiver

Stuck 50%:

Wired  Mode ( no status indicator battery,its normal ? )

Firmware/Update: ALL LATEST

After various research, I found the results

Armory Crate on Windows / Desktop PC cannot charge the battery

Charging can be done on a Macbook using a type-c cable to the keyboard

and charging Can work using a Samsung type-c charger (20watt fast charging Samsung)

Is the Azoth connected to a USB 2 port (black)? 

Can you try another USB port (blue or red)?

I have tried all pc ports, Usb 2(black) & usb 3 (Blue) none of them working,

even the indicators don't update at all when connected to a PC

When you say connected to the desktop, do you mean connected via a hub or any sort of dock? Please provide a picture. Try connecting directly to one of the ports on the motherboard at the back of the desktop. If it's working on your Mac, then I don't see why it's not working on your desktop.
