Hello, I have the Aozth with the Blue Tactile Keys for more than a year now and everything was all good up until January this year. I had instances were the battery would just stop updating, it would not go down nor will it go up even when the keyboard is plugged in for charging even if both armoury crate and the keyboard says its charging.
The first time this happened, it managed to fix itself when I uninstalled and reinstalled armoury crate and doing a the Fn+reset acction in the keyboard.
The second time it happened, this time i think it was March. Same thing, the battery just wont update when charging. It fixed itself when I did the Fn+reset multiple times.
This is the third time that the issue has popped up. On battery, everything seems to work properly because i went from 24% to 20%. But when I charge it, the keyboard and armoury crate says its charging but the battery charge is stuck at 20% and it even goes to power saving mode if I unplug it which makes me think that it is even not charging at all.
All the old solutions I did before did not work. I have tried:
1. Updating everything in Armoury Crate
2. Checking the drivers
3. Uninstall and reinstall armoury crate. Did this twice now. One with keyboard pluggetdt in and one with it not plugged in.
4. Uninstall ROG Azoth at the device manager
5. FN+Reset the keyboard many times. Tried with the cable plugged in and not plugged in.
6. Charge the keyboard using a different cable from the one it came with in the box
7. Tried all the usb ports in my laptop and even tried plugging it in at my extension cord.
I am aware of the two other threads that had problems like this and its where I got the solutions I had before. But I am really stumped and out of ideas and this keyboard is done with its 1 year warranty so I am really hoping its not a hardware issue. Any help would be apprecitated. Thank you.

Hello Jomar1
Sometimes closing Armoury Crate and closing the battery info on the task bar will get the charging status to update.

Thank you
It's always a good idea to use the charging cable that came with your keyboard, some usb-c cables don't transfer data and are for charging only.
I'm not sure if you used the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall Armoury Crate, but try this.
1) Connect the original cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.
2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).
3) Connect the wireless dongle to your pc's usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.
4) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.
5) Reboot your pc.
6) Install the ROG Omni Receiver firmware update, if you already did this, skip this step. - ROG Azoth Gaming Keyboard | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global
7) Install Armoury Crate version 3.1.1.0 - Armoury Crate - Support
8: Check for updates at the Armoury Crate update center.
9) Periodically check the charging status in Armoury Crate.
Does this get the charging status to update?

Hello, I did uninstall armoury crate before using the uninstall tool. Still I tried the solution you posted just now. Didn't work. Still stuck at 20%. Adding some photos here for more context. Thank you for the help.

Thank you for the screenshots.
In the versions at the bottom under Device SDK, it seems you're missing the Device Firmware version.
Try checking for updates on the Firmware tab of your ROG Azoth.
Do any updates show at the update center?
You could try unpairing it and pairing it again, preferably to its own Omni Receiver. To unpair, click the X on the ROG Omni Receiver page.

I checked and no updates showed. I also tried upairing and repairing it and also the reset and pair option. Didn't work too.

Thank you once again.
You have a newer keyboard version than mine, but this shouldn't affect the charging status. You shouldn't need to do anything special to get the battery to charge or the status to update, all you should need to do is connect the charging cable.
Does setting the wireless switch on your ROG Azoth to 2.4GHz wireless mode get the charging status to update? If not, then I'll suggest to contact an official ASUS Support Center for your region.
I'd be interested to know if they were able to resolve the charging status.

No. switching it to wired and wireless doesn't update the battery status unfortunately. Thanks for the help. I'll look into getting it checked.
