ROG Azoth 2.4Ghz Wireless Problem

I_Forgot
Level 7

My Rog Azoth keyboard stopped showing up on Armoury crate devices. While I was testing to take out my key switches, I forgot to turn it off the keyboard, it was working perfectly fine, i put it back in and everything went well but after a few minutes the image from my OLED dissappered. I check Armoury crate and its not there in when my keyboard was wireless.  Everything else works: Bluetooth, wired, an even every keystroke. If i take out the USB from the computer and put it back in then it shows on the devices part, but then if i switch to wired then to wireless then its gone again. (Tried a reset, Uninstalling Armoury crate, and installed all updates) Please help.

Hello I_Forgot

When switching between wired and wireless mode, you should get a red spinning circle for 15-20 seconds, then the pages should load for both wired and 2.4GHz wireless mode.

In 2.4GHz wireless mode, it will show a wifi signal.

Switch to wired mode, you'll get the spinning circle for a few seconds.

In wired mode, it doesn't show a wifi signal.

Make sure you have the OLED set to on, you can post screenshots of your ROG Azoth if you like.
