I've recently started researching to buy a keyboard, and I've decided to go for the Asus Rog Azoth NX Red Switch keyboard. The reason for this decision is the OLED screen, which has features like displaying CPU/GPU temperature and frequency values. However, after doing a detailed research, I found reports of double-pressing issues and problems with the OLED screen, including incorrect temperature readings. Can people who use this keyboard enlighten me on these issues?

Hello Darwin_TR
No issues here with key repeating and the readings for Hardware Information are correct. It looks as though the cpu temp reads the cpu package temp, which is the hottest cpu core at any given time.
For full customization of the lighting and OLED display, install Armoury Crate.

On AM5, the OLED follows Tctl/Tdie temperature (and is accurate). It's possible it follows T-Case on Intel, but I don't recall it being inaccurate.
@MrAgapiGC Care to show any evidence?

Tested many times since the day read the post and is consistent with user notes. I send the report already.
Remember. we use ac to compare not any other app since is reading what ac give and sensor is attach in the app.
on that i am 100% sure.

Sounds like you're presuming simply as it's still AC that both temperatures are meant to be from the same sensor.
On AM5, it seems that the AC temperature follows the IO die, whilst the OLED stats follow Tctl/Tdie. So it's not so much that it's inaccurate, it's just not based on the same thing. A little confusing perhaps, but not inaccurate

The repeating keys issue is real and i have been suffering from it for the last 6 months just like so many users. Alone, it is enough to look elsewhere. You are paying a high price for this keyboard, don't risk and have a peace of mind with something worth it.
The temperature readings are correct, but they require you to have Armory Crate installed. I've had for years, but since last summer they rolled an update and the latest version was causing random freezes and black screens until a hard reset. Reinstalled Windows and all and the same thing. No crashes whatsoever when i uninstall it. It's the same issue with Armory Crate Gear (which is a separate app just for peripherals). Save yourself and stay away from Asus.

You can contact CSC and they should be able to take care of this for you. No point replying continually to other peoples posts without a case of your own - certainly doesn't help you. 👍

who said i didn't have a case? can you see through my emails and didn't notice the ticket i opened with Asus in which they refused to help and lifted the responsibillity off to the local reseller?
It's my right to not recommend a product for peopple asking for advice and spare them frustration. On the oother hands you're doing the exact opposite and encouraging others to fall in an expensive trap. Just because you got luccky with your Azoth doesn't mean the rest did. Mind your own business! what a "moderator"...

And its my right to make a suggestion that might actually get you somewhere. 😋
Providing an RMA number in your own support thread under ROG Care is a far more productive use of your time. So far I can only see that you've spent time responding off the back end of other users queries.
If that suggestion seems to anger you, then I'm not sure what to tell you. If you have an existing case number, feel free to DM me or create a post under ROG Care. 👍

Your suggestion is welcome, encouraged, and doesn't anger people when it doesn't involve making wrong assumptions and unfair judgement of people trying to help each other out. Please ask whether someone has contacted support before assuming it, just because you don't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen.
As i already mentioned, there has been a contact. The Admins contacted me through private messages, asked for my serial number and other info, then they told me to open a ticket through the official website (not rog-forums) in which Asus (Germany) replied stating that they cannot help me but that i should resolve the issue with the local reseller. The reseller asks me to send back the item to get a replacement, something that takes weeks (where i have to somehow find an alternative keyboard for home and work), but only to receive another faulty item just like other people reported? Does that sound like a productive use of my time?
It's a known issue with the product, so better avoid that product. @Darwin_TR
