Hello, I have just purchased my Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless, i connected the dongle using a USB3.0 port on the motherboard and the keyboard is set to wired mode and connected with the provided cable from Asus. I have cleanly un-installed Armoury Crate and installed it again multiple times and applied firmware update to both the dongle and the keyboard but the dongle is not showing up under devices and the keyboard is not connecting to the dongle. The dongle is visible in Device Manager and when trying to update it's firmware but that's it.
I have tried all the USB ports on my PC, turned off firewall completely, restarted my PC multiple times but to no avail.
I have collected the logs from Armoury Crate if need be
I have installed Armoury Crate Gear and ran the application ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 WIRELESS but all i am getting is
and it's been like this for the past approximately 20 minutes. and yes this was done after cleanly uninstalling armoury crate and restarting, it is just stuck at loading as you can see.
and when trying to run the omni receiver i get this response
I am not sure what to even do anymore, I just received this keyboard like literally

If anyone is facing the same issue, after trying out everything and trying to troubleshoot this issue I figured it might be somehow related to windows being the issue instead of the dongle, I did a full reset on my PC deleting every file i have from all my drives and installing a clean windows 11.
After installing windows I ignored everything and just went straight to installing Armoury Crate Gear for Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless as shown in the below image.
After installing it you'll notice that you'll have two Gear icons on your desktop one for the Keyboard and one for the Rog Omni Receiver as shown in below image. I opened Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Gear first, followed the instructions and installed Armoury Crate when prompted, then restart PC.
After restarting I opened Armoury Crate and updated everything that could be updated from there
After that I ran the other Gear which is Rog Omni Receiver, at first I got the message 'Page Error' as shown in below image
I tried retry many times but to no avail, at the end i just pressed Reset, this reset the Rog Omni Receiver dongle to have 0 connections to no devices.
After that I noticed that it loaded up and showed a page to Pair devices of my choice -Keyboard or Mouse- I chose keyboard for the Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless and got prompted the following image to pair the keyboard with the Rog Omni Receiver dongle.
After following the steps prompted the keyboard connected successfully to the dongle and I am now able to use the keyboard with the Rog Omni Receiver Dongle.

I notice in your screenshot you have the Dashboard selected.
Click Devices, the ROG Omni Receiver should show there.
Hello Nate, This is what is showing for me on Devices. The omni ROG receiver is connected and after installing ArmouryCrate again, i updated it's firmware along with the keyboard
I have tried to install the firmware update for the keyboard using https://rog.asus.com/keyboards/keyboards/compact/rog-strix-scope-ii-96-wireless/helpdesk_bios/ followed the instructions and installed the firmware update successfully, but i am still not able to see omni rog receiver in Armoury crate and my device still does not work in 2.4 ghz
and when i try to update using Armoury crate i am receiving the following message

Nothing is changed even after uninstalling the device from both "keyboards" and "mice and other options"
The Omni Receiver is still not being detected in Armoury Crate devices. Kindly check below images for reference
The keyboard is not connecting to the Omni dongle when i set it to 2.4 GHZ and after trying out your steps, I tried to also uninstall both Omni Receiver along with the Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Keyboard in "Mice and other devices" but nothing changed as everything remained the same.
The update was installed as shown below except that the same issue still persists where the keyboard is not connecting to the dongle. Dongle is still not showing up in Devices in Armoury Crate as well
