My ROG Scope TKL Deluxe won't update.

I just bought my ROG Scope TKL Deluxe. I was prompted that I should update my keyboard in armoury crate. I tried to update but the update won't finish. Because the update won't finish, I can't even access the settings of my keyboard in armoury crate.
