Are you certain the keys stuck down are on the external keyboard, not the laptop? Are all the keys working normally when the Flare II is connected? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another computer? Make sure to connect both USB connectors to the PC.

Hello hoepplpeter
Do you have Armoury Crate installed?
You can reset your keyboard on the keys page.

Thank you for confirming.
What will usually get it working properly again is uninstalling your keyboard and all HID Keyboard Device from device manager.
Expand "Keyboards" and "Mice and other pointing devices".
Right click on your ROG Strix Flare II Animate and uninstall, Uninstall all HID Keyboard Device.
Once you have them all uninstalled, restart your pc. Check if your keyboard is back to normal.
Here is an example with the ROG Falchion Ace HFX.

I've tried the whole thing twice now and uninstalled all the drivers and uninstalled the keyboard, restarted the computer and unfortunately the problem is still there, just for info I connected the whole system to a rog strix G713QR laptop, can that be the problem? The keyboard would be new!

And what else I can say if all drivers + keyboard are uninstalled and I press a key on the keyboard, the symbol for Previous Track appears in the top right corner of the AniMe Matrix field
