Keyboard RGB Issue

Hello, I have Asus Rog Strix Scope Tkl Deluxe. It is 2 years old keyboard. Driver is up to date in Armoury Crate. As you can see, some lightnings of keys are still working when I closed all lightning. Also there is color clash during for example rainbow effect. I had not experienced or recognized this issue until a few months ago. Is this hardware or software related issue? Its warranty has expired. Can I fix this? What do you suggest for that problem?

If you're using the Device lighting, turn off Windows Dynamic Lighting.

If you're using Aura Sync, turn on Windows Dynamic Lighting.

You can try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Esc keys for 10 - 15 seconds.

Reset the keyboard as Nate mentioned. and run a test. 

To reset the keyboard FN+ESC fpr 5 sec and hold it  until the unit flash from red to green.

If still the same, let run the test.

Open AC and go to the keyboard menu. Select static color. Lets test the color. IF one fails the rainbow will not work and have burn letd. 

ALL red. ALL green all Blue. If one is not present on the keys will not make any color when is rainbow. 

Can not be fix with firmware or be change and need to replace or change the led diodes. 

any questions most welcome. Hope reset make the fix. 

Note as far i know or aware, the TKL is not WDL compatible device. but if it is , will appear in windows dynamic lighting is compatible.

I thank you for your replies.  Reset did not work. Keyboard is still same so it is probably not a firmware problem. As you said maybe it is burned leds or electrical problem idk. Anyway I will use it for as long as it lasts then I can buy a wireless one.
