Hello,

My Keyboard don't charge and stay at 23%.

I update the firmware with Armoury Crate.

Someone can help me, please ?

Sorry to hear you're having a charging issue, I'll try to help. 

1) Have you updated to the ROG Omni Receiver?

2) Have you tried different usb ports with the cable and wireless dongle? You can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

3) Sometimes restarting Armoury Crate or your pc will fix little issues. Does restarting your pc show a higher battery %?

4) When you shut down your pc with the charging cable connected, does the oled display show 23% as well?

2) Yes, but nothing change.

3) Yes, always 23%. I let charge during 2 days at the USB port of my PC and 23%.

4) Yes, and it stay at 23%.

Try reinstalling Armoury Crate.

1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.

2) Restart your pc.

3) Install Armoury Crate version 3.3.5.2 - Armoury Crate - Support

4) Check for an update at the Armoury Crate update center.

5) After updating, check the battery %.

It is now at 20% because I used it without being plugged infor a while but nothing change when it's plugging for 8h.

I don't know what to do now.

 Try disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard end of the charging cable.

Then give it a few minutes to see if the battery % increases.

With the charging cable connected, set the keyboard wireless switch to wired mode (switch set to the center position). This will help the battery to charge faster.

Does your ROG Azoth light up and function in wired mode?

Nothing change and it works in wired mode.

And recently there are 2 flashes when my keyboard is charging connected to my computer which is turned off

I'd like to see if it shows it's charging, be sure to have the charging cable connected.
