Hi there, so I was testing my replacement Asus Rog Falchion NX in 2.4 ghz wireless mode, and I noticed that pressing more than 6 keys at the same time some of the keys would register multiple times. On the other hand, the wired mode at least works with 10 keys (have not tested more than 10 keys).
An example would be pressing the keys a s d f j k l ; at the same time, but as an example it would register as ;lkjaf;ds. Notice the double “;”. Is this behaviour normal for the wireless mode.
I made sure that the firmware is up to date, I reset the keyboard multiple times, and then I uninstalled (with uninstall tool) and reinstalled armoury crate, but the issue still persists. I also tested the keyboard on my laptop with a fresh install of armoury crate, and the same behaviour occurs there too.
If anyone here has an Asus Rog Falchion NX, can you please confirm if you are having a similar issue as me or is this normal behaviour? Is this perhaps a driver issue? Or is there a solution?
Thank you.

Hello gaming242424
Wanting to press that many keys at the same time, I have to ask, are you a piano player?
I know some commands use three keys like Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager, but trying to hit six keys at the exact same time is all but impossible, it will register whichever one you hit first. Since you can't hit the keys exactly the same every time, the out of sequence is normal.
I tried it with the ROG Falchion and sometimes get double letters too, but I don't consider it a problem as I never need to hit six keys at the exact same time.
So, if you're doing it as a test and all is good with wired mode, a suggestion would be to move the wireless dongle closer to your keyboard by using the included USB extender. Clip the USB extender onto your mouse pad, connect the wireless dongle and usb-c cable to it.
