[Help Needed] ROG Azoth lighting breaks under 2.4gzh mode with aura sync.

Hello everyone, 

2 days ago I noticed that my keyboard lighting was behaving weirdly. I believe the issue pertains to aura sync and potentially keyboard software issues but I need help.

In short, whenever I utilise the gradient mode for RGB in aura creator, any colour gradients immediately start flashing between three colours. Take for example light blue and violet (though not limited to just these colours), it would repeatedly flicker between light blue, dark blue/purple and violet instead of having a smooth transition.

This also happens to reactive effects, for example a green reactive colour would flicker (depending on the speed I set the reactive colour to) before disappearing.

This is only limited to aura sync effects, and only on 2.4gHz mode. When directly connected with USB cable, the effects do not show for now. Bluetooth mode does not support lighting profiles.

I have attempted to:

-Update keyboard firmware

-reinstall aura sync,

-reinstall keyboard SDK and drivers,

-reset the keyboard,

-reinstall armory crate,

-update windows,

-reinstall Windows,

-factory reset my laptop,

And the most I have achieved was having the issue dissipate when I install a fresh instance of keyboard drivers or armory crate. However when I tried changing the lighting intensity from 50 to 100 the issue immediately returned.

If needed, I'll try to provide logs and/or video proof. However I do not know how to obtain logs for keyboard software or armory crate, apologies in advance.

Try setting Aura Performance Mode to Ultra smooth.

Tried a few times after clean reinstall actions in hope of it working, sadly doesn't work. 

For now (to anyone who has these issues) and comes across this thread, I have this temporary solution. Note that you cannot change anything (till you ensure it can be changed without breaking lighting again) so it's a tradeoff.

Uninstall all azoth drives, reinstall them, go to aura sync page (NOT device lighting) and select all devices.

For now no fix/unsure if there is a fix, will update if this issue is resolved

i will try to see what he means. but even on normal use i can not duplicate OR i am missing something from his notes. let see maybe he is on something that need to be check. Get a unit 5th hand... yes was 5th hand 

The good i have all the weekend to check this at close since what ever is wrong they will not see it until Monday

I create a that gradient on static. and appears to be ok. Keyboard on static does what is it.

or send me what you did so i can ty to duplicate somehow. Since i do not see what you mean. 

When you say gradient what mode you are using. so i can get there.
