Firmware update

Hello,

I recently bought the scope II 96 wireless and downloaded armory crate.

Now when im trying to update the keyboard that's when the installation bugs out. Does anyone know a fix?

To update your ROG Strix Scope II 96% keyboard with Armoury Crate...

1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on the keyboard to wired mode (Switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

That didn't work for me, but I had to restart my PC and it worked. (Did it the same day)

So just got Rog Strix Scope 2. Downloaded AC, plugged keyboard and dongle in. When I go to the Firmware Update tab I see "Dongle (2.4GHz) version: 3.00.02" and "Keyboard version 4.00.2", but no actual button to press to make the update happen. Did it happen automatically? Are these the most current firmware versions? Seriously confusing.

Hello deluxe2000,

They're not the current versions, you need to update.

At the bottom left of the Armoury Crate page click the gear, click the Update Center tab, here you should see the update button(s).

Once updated,  on the upper left click the Device tab, click on your ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless, click the Firmware tab. It should be updated to these versions.
