I have only had the Falchion NX for a couple of months now and I have had this issue twice: some of the keys will stop working on the keyboard but when I type on my built-in computer keyboard, everything is fine. The first time I had this issue I did a "factory reset" by holding down ESC and FN but now when I try it again, it doesn't work.
