Hi,
I bought a Falchion ACE on Amazon couple of days ago. The keyboard keeps repeating keys (mostly the 'e' and 'x' keys). Once it starts spiting characters it never really ends, and the computer becomes impossible to use unless I disconnect it.
What I tried so far:
1. I installed the Armoury Crate software to make sure everything is up to date.
2. Tried the FN+CAPS reset thing, but it never flashed a green LED, the M602 is wired only.
3. I made sure all the keyboard filters in Windows are disabled.
4. I tried the keyboard on many Windows machines, all suffering from the same fate. Only computer that seems immune is my friend Macbook. It works like a charm on his laptop.
At this point I don't know what to do. I got a replacement from Amazon and the replacement keyboard suffers from the same exact issue.

Re-installing Armoury Crate did not fix the issue, changing ports did not fix the issue.
Thanks for the support, but at 170-ish $ I decided to get a full refund of the item.
I have mixed feelings about the product, I am a fan of Asus products, but it eroded a bit in the last days. I can't accept that two different keyboards would not work on 3 different machines.
A keyboard, using the default Microsoft HID driver shall work out of the box.
