Hi,
I bought a Falchion ACE on Amazon couple of days ago. The keyboard keeps repeating keys (mostly the 'e' and 'x' keys). Once it starts spiting characters it never really ends, and the computer becomes impossible to use unless I disconnect it.
What I tried so far:
1. I installed the Armoury Crate software to make sure everything is up to date.
2. Tried the FN+CAPS reset thing, but it never flashed a green LED, the M602 is wired only.
3. I made sure all the keyboard filters in Windows are disabled.
4. I tried the keyboard on many Windows machines, all suffering from the same fate. Only computer that seems immune is my friend Macbook. It works like a charm on his laptop.
At this point I don't know what to do. I got a replacement from Amazon and the replacement keyboard suffers from the same exact issue.
Here is a paste of the Armoury Crate thing. Item Version

Armoury Crate UWP App 5.9.13.0

Hello breaultjean
In Device Manager, expand "Keyboards" and "Mice and other pointing devices".
Right click and uninstall your "ROG Falchion Ace" and all "HID Keyboard Device".
Then, reboot your pc and check your keyboard.

Hi,
I tried these steps on both Windows machines I have and it did not work.
Thanks

You're welcome
Sorry to hear that didn't work.
One thing that strikes me is, you say your ROG Falchion Ace works fine on your friend's macbook, this would say they keyboard itself is ok.
Having the same issue with two keyboards is highly unlikely, this makes me want to suspect windows or some other program.
Do you by chance have any programs other than Armoury Crate installed related to keyboard, mouse or lighting control? If yes, try uninstalling those.
You can try resetting your keyboard in Armoury Crate.

Hi, resetting the keyboard did not work.
On my employer PC there is no specialty software installed for security measures. So on that machine I have confidence nothing is interfering.
I did not try the keyboard for a long period on the Macbook.
I suspect an interaction between Windows driver and keyboard firmware.
I might have to return the keyboard if this is not a know issue, I can’t believe I’m the only one with this issue specifically on the M602. Two keyboards with similar problems also let me believe it is firmware-software related. I’m an embedded software developper myself and my senses are tingling haha.

Something else to try is setting a longer repeat delay and a slower repeat rate in Keyboard Properties.
Be sure to click apply after making any changes.

I tried reducing it to the minimum it didn't work.

Sorry to hear that didn't help.
Try running the windows keyboard troubleshooter and see if it detects any problems.

Hi,
I ran the troubleshooter and it ended with no updates or solutions available.
Thanks for your time!

You're welcome
Sorry to hear the suggestions you tried didn't help. Hopefully, we will soon stumble across a fix.
The ROG Falchion Ace has two USB-C ports, try using the other USB-C port. You can try other pc usb ports as well, you can use motherboard or pc case USB ports.
If this doesn't help, try uninstalling Armoury Crate from windows, reboot your pc and test your keyboard.
If all is well, install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2, it will automatically update to 5.9.13.0. - Armoury Crate - Support
You should have an update for your ROG Falchion Ace at the Armoury Crate update center.
