Claymore II not recognizing USB receiver

I have a claymore II that I have been using wirelessly since I've owned it. Recently it acts as though it is not connected wirelessly. I've connected by USB and performed all updates. Keyboard works fine while plugged in but the second I unplug it the keyboard does not respond.  The USB receiver is recognized by windows. It makes the audible sound when unplugging and plugging in. It shows up under devices as claymore when plugged in. I've tried resetting the keyboard but nothing I try works and I don't see a way to re-pair the keyboard and USB receiver. Is there a solution I'm missing?

Hello,

please use Armoury Crate and check that both the keyboard and its receiver firmware are both up to date. In devices, you can select the keyboard receiver to check whether it's still paired to the keyboard.

After checking that the keyboard and receiver firmware is up to date and the issue still persists, you can try unpairing the keyboard from the receiver and try re-pairing.

They are both up to date. That's one of the first things I did. I didn't see a way to un-pair and repair them in armoury crate? How do you do that?

Inside Armoury Crate, please select devices and choose your omni receiver, which will take you to the pairing page:

I dont have an Omni receiver. I only have the 2.4ghz receiver that came with the keyboard. I looked at the Omni receiver to see if it was compatible with the claymore II and everything I found said it wasn't.

My apologies, I had the keyboard mixed up. With the Claymore II, while in wireless mode (keyboard on), please try performing another full hardware reset by holding Fn + Esc for 10-15 seconds. Find your keyboard in Armoury Crate, and in the Keys tab, click Reset.

Please also try replugging your USB receiver in another USB port, alternating between 3.0 and 3.1 USB ports.

I even went so far as to do a fresh install of armoury crate. With the keyboard unplugged I did the esc&fnc reset. It flashed red a few times then green a few times until the lights were off. When I released both keys it lit back up. While unplugged ROG claymore shows up in armoury crate with the wireless signal icon. But my keyboard still acts as though it's not connected. When I plug the keyboard the claymore picture disappears for a second then reappears without the wireless icon. Keyboard works fine while played in. As soon as I unplug it, it loses the aura sync and is unresponsive again.  I'm at my wits end here as I've been trying to get this to work for hours. I haven't even had this board for a year yet.

Nothing ive tried has worked. I thought that was a program that could pair the receiver and keyboard.

Understood. Please check your private messages for further assistance!

Thank you so much!! That worked. No idea what a relief that is. Again, thank you.
