Claymore II keys not working

zAquTix
Level 8

Hello Everyone,

I was having issues with I & K mainly where it was spamming I often and the K was barely working. I had reset my keyboard by pressing FN + ESC for 10-15 seconds and did all of the other recommended things with trying it wired, 2.4GHz, etc.

At the end it seems like it was the battery of the keyboard that got super swollen. Can you get a replacement battery?

As of now I just removed the battery and use it with USB-C

Hello zAquTix,

You can find replacement batteries at Alibaba, but if you're within the 1-year purchase date, it would probably be better to contact ASUS Technical Support, they will likely have you set up an RMA.

Here are the ASUS U.S. Technical Support phone numbers.

1-888-678-3688 or 1-571-223-4431 (Mon thru Fri - 6:00am to 9:00pm pacific time) (Sat and Sun - 6:00am to 5:00pm pacific time).

Have your Serial Number and proof of purchase on hand when calling, they will want these.

I’m not in the warranty phase anymore. I would wish that ASUS would offer the spare parts as well. I will check out Alibaba
