Both alt keys not working on ROG Azoth

Hello, I've been typing on my ROG Azoth and all of a sudden the left alt key stops working when I wanted to switch windows. To my dismay, when I tried the right one, it malfunctioned too. I've checked the Armory Crate and there doesn't seem to be a key mapping issue. I don't want to take the keyboard to a repair shop. What should I do?

I tried this: setting the windows key in the Armory Crate as the alt key, but it didn't work either.

Hello,

please check in Armoury Crate that your device and receiver firmware are both up to date. Next, you can try holding Fn + Esc for 3 seconds to do a quick hardware reset. Check if these simple steps solve your issue, as it seems to be on the software side.
