Hello, please perform a hardware reset by pressing Fn + Esc for a few seconds, and see if this fixes the OLED screen issue. If not, please provide your device and receiver firmware version, and I can help you look into this issue.

Unfortunately it didn't work after the hardware reset. I had to restart the PC because I couldn't get into the Armoury Crate anymore, but after the restart it didn't work either Keyboard version: 4.00.13 Dongle version: 6.00.25

Thank you for patience while we looked into this matter.
1. Please go to the Update Center in Armoury Crate to ensure there are no further updates for both the keyboard and its receiver.
2. Navigate to your keyboard receiver in Armoury Crate and re-pair the receiver and keyboard.
3. Navigate to the Azoth OLED customization page to reconfigure the keyboard OLED screen
