Azoth Keyboard Constantly Resetting Lights

Not sure if I am the only one dealing with this problem, but seems to be every time I change the lighting on the keyboard it will stay the way it is. After a few minutes I get a Blue wave followed by red and the keyboard stays blue. I can not change the profile on the keyboard via function key and number keys. I have to go through Armor Crate to manually reset the lighting on it. 

Has this happened to anyone else or do I just have a defective keyboard.

I bought a new keyboard and I have the same problem.

Hi @hi5ive 

Can you make a report here and be sure to include a log file?

Have you tried removing the AC app via the uninstaller and reinstalling it?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and get the same result. 

How Can I download a log to be able to submit a ticket.
